SUPERVISION OF CONTAINER STUFFING AND UNLOADING OF CONTAINERS
Inspecting the condition of the containers before stuffing is essential. The empty container is checked for being clean, dry, free of odour, free of Infestation, watertight, etc.

Checking the general appearance of the cargo and packaging are important. Verifying the number of packing cases, the marking against the contractual specifications, checking the appropriate handling during all loading and unloading operations are necessary to avoid unpleasant surprises of goods at arrival.

SUPERVISION OF RECONDITIONING OF DAMAGED COMMODITIES
Commodities packaging are sometimes damaged during transport, this can lead to weight loss for clients. Eyelanders agents supervise and makes sure sweeping are weighed, reconditioned, damaged sacks are sewed and stuffed in containers, a report on the incidents is made and the client is informed.

After sealing of the containers a full report of the stuffing and loading information of the containers is given to our client.
A supervised loading of containers ensures that the goods checked are  shipped to the intended recipient.
